I think having faith and believing in your time is what you do as a fan. Those that criticize the program and the players and the coaches are the ones I truly don't understand. if it makes you that miserable then by all means go elsewhere.
By the 4th quarter pretty much everyone I was watching the game with had given up. I kept saying that it was possible. I got the usual responses "yeah it's possible but it's not gonna happen". Which is one thing I don't believe in admitting. if it's possible, I'm staying to maybe see it happen and that's all there is to it. Yeah maybe we have played like shite for 45 minutes, but I'll be damned if in these last 15 minutes I'm gonna give up just because it's highly unlikely.
Another thing that's frustrating is people that give up on a team and then when the improbable DOES happen, all of a sudden they are riding high again. You JUST gave up on the team, called the coach an idiot, said the players don't need to be on the field. And you were just proven wrong. What gives a fan like that the right to bask in the glory. They had given up, if it were up to them the team would be off the field.
If you're with a team, you're with a team through thick and thin and you ALWAYS believe. That's just the way I see it, call me a sunshine pumper IDGAF. I STILL truly believe that the Tigers can win the national championship this year. yeah it may take a fukin godsend, but it CAN happen.

I HEAR you, bro. I'm the same way DURING the season. I think that's our duty/burden/job... and to me personally, that is natural. THIS is why fans say "we" when referring to the team. We earn that right by suffering thru the losses.
