I didn't read the OP, but yes there are programs out there that are worse than us. Baylor and Oregon come to mind.

the trash line beard fans they have here in KY actually think everybody should give a shite about them and cannot stop complaining about not getting any attention in national football talk shows.
They usually have a strength-of-schedule in the 100s and just can't figure out their problems with respect
