Did they?

Let me break it down for you:

The cross is a Christian symbol.

Arkansas State put crosses on the helmets.

Wearing a helmet is required to play football.

Your breakdown stops here. Let me break it down further. Arkansas State is not a person. Each individual had to choose to place that sticker. Who made that decision? Helmet stickers are often handed out, and players make their own decision to apply them or not. Do you have proof that that did not happen here, that someone forced every player to wear them?

Link where any player was FORCED, which means compelled to against their will, to wear the cross on their helmet?

Link just 1 example, just 1. 1 Player complained, and I'll concede the argument and declare you the winner.

It was a sticker. If any player had an issue with it, they could have had it removed.
