Just saying that crying racism at every drop of a hat is part of the problem. It just divides further, pisses off white people and feeds the victim mentality.

Meh, look at social media and a LOT of white folks are quick to cry reverse racism at the drop of a hat, too. Goes both ways.
The shame of it all is that when racist stuff actually does occur, one side is ignored because they're perceived as crying wolf, and the other is ignored because they're perceived as brushing it off, and the cycle starts again.
