Time will tell if A&M is really a top team but based on what we've seen so far there's no way you can say they don't deserve a top 5 ranking.

South Carolina might not even be ranked next week. Why again should A&M be Top 5?

As opposed to who?

I have no idea where A&M will end up. But based on two games I think top 5 is reasonable. I'd join in with the author and say a #1 vote is ridiculous, but I haven't seen anybody clearly better.

I'm perfectly fine with them being up there. The Aggies will have plenty of opportunities to earn that top 5 status.
