Let them settle and try to keep most in the pan when pouring. Or, use a filter... I saw it both ways.

I have one but I think it's reached the end of its life. It just doesn't work right. It drips after about 10 seconds and won't even fill my cup up anymore. I hate it so much. Damn.

Would you rather smoke a cigar or a cigarette if both were around the same price and you had access to both?

What's your go to?
I need to know what your baseline for good is. Your average coffee drinker would be quite happy with a cup of their Tribute. If you're getting some Badass specialty beans I'm sure it tastes like crap.

Caribou makes some good K cups. Newman's own is good as well.

I never make my own since I never have time/energy. I'll just by my couple dollar coffee from either McDonalds or dunkin donuts or a local place

For the dollar and convenience it's hard to beat.
Better question, what do you consider good?

I have an unopened bag of Johnson Bros. coffee beans from El Salvadore with a 90 score sitting in my pantry for a couple of years.
Needless to say, I'm not much of a coffee drinker.

As far as fast food coffee, McDonald's and Dunkin Doughnuts are hard to beat. At home I have a Keurig Vue (like the ability to make a travel cup) and I like the Green Mountain Columbian Fair Trade and also the Nantucket Blend.
Jamaican Blue Mountain is an excellent coffee, and if you want something with a serious kick try some Kenyan AA.
I must be in the minority, because I have yet to find anything at Starbucks that blows my skirt up. Overrated and overpriced imho.

To do this right, you need to roast your own beans.
