I personally thought I would get it. I made a very good offer. He needs to sell it and i could have done some very good things with it in conjunction with my current company.
Its not sold yet so there is still a chance but I am pretty much moving on. Id really like to have it though...

I can't fish for shite. Live on a lake and caught three fish in nine years. BUT I am decent at closing deals. Give it 3 to 5 months and go back in with an offer. Seller most likely thought he had a bigger fish(offer) on the line. I know a good but small business broker in ATL if you think a fresh face would help.
