After the way the Big Ten as a conference performed yesterday, my point emphatically stands.

Because that determines how good Michigan State is on offense and defense? Lol.

Losses by other B1G teams. Michigan State is good, and much better than SCarolina IMO. Comparing Michigan State to the rest of the B1G is asinine when we haven't even seen them play anyone in conference.

Sparty might just be much, much better than every other B1G team. We'll find out in the coming weeks.

Sparty is probably the best team in the B1G and better than USCe, but I wouldn't say "much" better.

MSU lost a ton from last year's team. Why that wasn't given much weight in the preseason, I don't know.

So what you're saying is that Oregon would win by the same margin in Lansing on Eastern Time?

Also, you're seriously crowing about Oregon's defense after your DC famously turned into a bleeding vagina because Washington State refused to stop trying to score last year?

Very impressed with Oregon's speed on defense, as is typical. Very fast secondary. However, as is also typical, they seem to be vulnerable against the run which opens up the play action pass. If you can ever get Oregon's defense leaning, you can move the ball against them very effectively.

Michigan State was doing this for much of the game, but like most Big-10 teams they didn't seem to have 4 quarters of football in them.
