I'll be the first to admit that this is a far from perfect rating system. But this is what I came up with.
Using this video: LINK
36 throws shown.
Players started at 0. They got +1 and -1 in obvious situations, and received a "0" in tough to call situations, plays where the ball was thrown so quick you can't grade em, the one slip screen (only three players slipped, the other two got a +1), or when they have no one to block.
Please note, Leon Brown and Shank Taylor were graded together. I could have took the time to make a note of which grade went to which player, but I didn't. So they're listed as "RG".
C-Rob's Grade: 16/36
Big Cam had a solid debut. His 16 is 3rd overall. He had 22+, 6-, and 8 0s.
Arie's Grade: 23/36
Arie K impressed me with his 23, good for second best. He had 24+, 1- (which was the best of the group), and 11 0s.
Ryan Kelly's Grade: 26/36
Kelly was the best pass protector. 28+. 2-, and 6 0s. He had the most +, but had 1 more - than Arie.
RG's Grade: 13/36
The RGs as a whole performed the worst in pass pro. They had 19+, 6-, and 11 0s.
Shep's Grade: 13/36
Shep tied the RGs for overall grade, but had more +s. However, he also had more -s. Shep had 21+, 8-, and 7 0s.
Overall Ranking
Ryan Kelly, C
Arie Kouandjio, LG
Cam Robinson, LT
RGs/Shep, RG/RT
+ Ranking
Ryan Kelly, C
Arie Kouandjio, LG
Cam Robinson, LT
Austin Shepherd, RT
RGs, RG
- Ranking
Arie Kouandjio, LG
Ryan Kelly, C
Cam Robinson/RGs, LT/RG
Austin Shepherd, RT
Again, far from perfect rating system. And I had to make a few judgment calls. But there ya go.

Gotta check out the info, but kudos and thanks for your effort.
Just an idea, but it would be interesting to know which WV defenders caused the minuses, and/or which WV defenders were defeated for pluses (sp?).

I was impressed for a first game together. Especially after how 2013 ended and then the loss of two starters. I think this group will be very solid in 2014.

I would like to see the time frame. Betting cam did worse at first and then got better. Would also like to see a breakdown of protection. Say you get a 1 if you had help only a half. Cam got lost on some stunts by them when Volger was over there to help him.
