Alabama beat UT in the middle of the season by 2 points and went undefeated. This was the first game with a handful of players starting while others are suspended, injured, and not acclimated yet and they will be. You have no sense if you so happen to claim to be a bama fan. But whatever. Your take is shite so who cares. Play the season

Bama will be fine.. everyone struggled week 1. Any team with a passing game with a pulse will give Bama a run for their money though.

Because dude, I've been following Saban for a long time. Longer than most Bama fans. I remember seeing him in his prime. He's not the same man he used to be. And frankly, I don't think he's ever really been passionate about the University of Alabama.

i understood lsu fanbase-the cajuns new orleans people very insecure people - a rejection syndrome rules the area...kicked out france kicked out of canada...so they want everybody to love their city love their food love their culture...so when saban took a hike they took it as rejection are very defensive...which led to the comments - he is not happy in ttown..ms teri not happy she like us better...so,yes saban like any man takes pride in his past - he was hesitant to say sec was better than big 10 initially at lsu..at bama hesitant to say roll tide...now he is full alabama and has humbled himself he is not bigger than the program which he isn't - which challenges ego but really makes us comfortable for man is wired by God to be part of a flock and by Satan to be part of a pack.like saban said other day forget all that past stuff - i'm an alabama fan

The defense has some work to do, but we looked better than we did against Va Tech last year. Heck, even better than we did against Va Tech in '09. Put the damn DBs on the LOS vs. HUNH instead of a ten yard cushion and we should see an improvement. Oh, and frick you LSU for not outrecruiting us for Sylvie.
We'll be fine. We don't have to dominate everyone (see '13 AU), just win 'em all if we can.

bama always holds back ...when we put 5 6 7 on line we stoned them cold....bama d is great but we have to attack and shut down any d...barn is high school but just have to attack and drop them in backfield

Alabama is damn lucky the refs gave them two bad calls yesterday! A no pass interference call on Landon Collins in the 1st quarter,and a BS pass interference call against WV in the 3rd, both calls if called like they should've been would've had a impact on the game for WV! Good thing it was bad calls or would've been a lot of people killing themselves in Alabama last night.
