Stallings is an Aggie through and through
Bama 70–16–1, and a SEC & National Championship.
TAMU 27–45-1, and only claim to fame was beating Bear Bryant at the Cotton Bowl.

True, but won the Super Bowl. Has Auburn had a Super Bowl winning QB?

If I could see this shitty Mt. Rushmore from the interstate, I honestly wouldn't even try and look for it.
At least our school and program has luminaries that are Mt. Rushmore-worthy.
Your school doesn't have any that are fit for graffiti on the back of a Chinese laundry in Trenton, N.J.

Different era...of the NFL QBs in the Hall of Fame, 7 of 'em threw more INTs than TDs (Baugh, Layne, Waterfield, Tittle, Van Brocklin, Blanda, and Namath); and more than just one of 'em threw, to use your vernacular, a crap load more. All of these quarterbacks' careers started pre-1970's. A couple more HoF QB's (Sid Luckman & Terry Bradshaw) threw only a few more TDs (5 & 2) than INTs...
It was harder to throw in that era. There was no 5-yard chuck rule for receivers...they could pretty much get hit all the way downfield, as long as the ball wasn't in the air...and QBs weren't protected back then, at least not to the extent they are today...
