I especially love how you edited out that traditional barbacoa isn't beef or pork at all... but goat. So... Texas barbecue is goat based?

Texas barbecue is usually considered the worst barbecue everywhere outside of Texas. If you shut-ins would branch out more you would realize that there is an entire world out there and you don't have to be secluded with your depressing beef based foods...
