Frankly, Bama's o-line looked like shite toward the end of the year. They've got some serious addition by subtraction going on to have an "elite oline." I mean Robinson is walking in as the starter so that means they didn't have anyone next in line for LT. Says a lot right there.

Bama only faces one legit defense this year, UF. The rest of them should be easy enough to put up points....

Sure....

Until there's a recruiting battle, and then all those #1 classes are brought up.
the difference between the number 1 recruiting class and the number 10 is about two more players that pan out imo

And yes i get that the media hypes Alabama because of rankings given out by people who never played a down in their life

Past success doesn't guarantee future success. And obviously, you'd like to be in a position where you don't have to play a true freshman at that position.

You know this is true, you're just being defensive.

You mean like Andre Smith?

Who says we're playing him because we have to? The notion that we're playing Robinson is just idiotic. We didn't play Smith because we had to, we didn't pay Carpenter because we had to, and we're not gonna play Robinson because we have to. Like Smith, he was a five star OT. Past success may not guarantee future success, but it's a damn good predictor. Not the position you want to be in? That's a laugh. What you want to be in is the position where you likely have is another first round NFL draft choice coming into the position.

BTW...being defensive is continuing to post to try to get the last word when your point has been overwhelmingly disproven.

you're living in the past

-shaky o-line from what we've seen in 2014 practices

-sims WILL be the starter, surprising everyone who thought coker was going to come in and take the job.

You know very well that you'd rather not be starting a true freshman at OT. But that makes Bama look bad, so you must argue against this point. That's called being defensive. Truth hurts, man.

This point alone just proves that you don't know shite. You're a fricking idiot if you think, by any stretch of the imagination, any team in the country would rather not have been starting Andre Smith just because he was a true freshman.

You should know this by now, but trying to have a rational debate with a Bama fan is like trying to Find the g-spot on a very obese woman, it's there you just might have to go deeper
