I'm pretty sure he meant "win 7 games, fire muschamp, hire chad morris or cliff kingsbury"
on that note, what the frick has kingsbury(or morris) done to merit landing a top 5 coaching gig.

No, I think the point in that was clear-- if we win 7, Kingsbury would get a HC offer.
