No, you arrived at a conclusion beforehand and continue to maintain a position that has no evidence.

Your allusion that there may have been something is just absolutely ridiculous given the circumstances.

There is absolutely no evidence that the officer was harassing him and no reason to even suspect it.

The evidence is in and it's 100% no charges for the officer and if you can't bring yourself to say that I'd seriously check yourself.
