The running backs are definitely a bright spot. But, in this day and age, you can't really pin too much hope on them. As you say, though, they'll give the quarterbacks a legitimate chance to prove themselves.

I think Driskel is going to shock a lot of people in an offense completely different from anything Florida's run with him before-- he's basically going to be in the Tebow/Newton offense-- 10-15 runs a game and throws to wide open guys in space, no reading the defense or thinking about things just simple throw and catch and using his physical talent (physically he's by far the most talented QB in the SEC- 4.5 40 at 6'4" 230 and a massive arm his problem is he can't read a defense to save his life).
