His younger brother is already 18 and just started his Junior year of high school.

Neither one of them has failed or been held back a grade.

They supposedly got lost at sea on their way here from Cuba and that delayed their elementary school enrollment years ago.

Because there's no reason to go to prep school.
His grades are in order.

And he's a top 3 receiver in this year's class, so I'm guessing he's pretty much been offered by most sec schools. Y'all would love it if he flipped from Bama.

Why would he go to a prep school instead of just trying to graduate "early" from his own high school and enroll in January at Alabama?

He is one of the top recruits in the country already with offers from basically whomever he wants an offer. Not playing a full senior year isn't going to hurt him at all.
