Agree with all this. It's very odd.

It's odd, but you have to understand the Baylor mindset.
They truly think that, because they are a private school that they are on par with Vanderbilt and Rice, when in reality they are on the academic level of BYU.
Remember, 1/3 the education for only 3 times the price.
