Ok so someone who isn't me definitely isn't alone in the "Yes" to both questions.
Do y'all feel bad about it? What should happen to a person that does either of those things?

Underage charges are a joke. Distributing to minors is more serious. Never got one but several friends did and it involved a lot of money and community service from what I heard. I was lucky I never got one because I got pretty bold with my fake at bars by the time I was 20

Hand them another beer. It's a retarded law in the first place, so I'm indifferent and have no regrets. It's not like I'm getting pre-teens drunk.
