Maybe Jones will prove me wrong. Should be interesting to watch this year and then they should obviously be very good next year with Simmons.
Jones really needs to capitalize off the exposure and momentum Simmons will bring to the program.
My main issue with him is the awful defense his teams generally play. Does not seem to do a very good job in-game.

Next year is without question his "shite or get off the pot" season. Quarterman will be NBA ready (

He already is with us being serious players with Blackeney and Thomas. They aren't interested because of the PMAC

What's strange is that his aggressive defense was what made UNT a consistent 20 wi team. His first year here, he made LSU's defense respectable with two 5'8" guards and a tuba player. But last season was HORRIBLE. Everyone was stunned. We had great length and athleticism, but no one did shite outside of Mickey. Even worse, it was mainly fundamental issues (hands up, hustle, etc). Strange deal
