Within the program he has. The players feed off of his confidence. Not trashing Chizik or Tubs but he really does have total control/focus of the team on the football field. I've always kinda not bought into the figurehead coaching type.

I believe our offense will be BETTER. More time in the system, deeper in the play book, plus a much improved passing attack. We have replacements for Kozan.

Defense will also be better, better LB play is the key. Losing Lawson is huge, but can be overcome.

Kicking game is my biggest concern.

Coaching: everyone is back which is huge.

Motivating is there.

Forget the old ways of Tubs, we are about to be consistently good.
