I am older than most of you and this thread and some of the answers are pretty hilarious to me. Not in a bad way but some of you think the way I did 25 years ago. Most of it is somewhat wrong but thats the cool thing. You will figure it out in time.
I am just going to sit back in my rocking chair and watch y'all.

But that's kinda what he's asking. If he doesn't like what he's doing now he should explore his options, and not be afraid to. Unless he has a gaggle of kids to support there really isn't much stopping him from shopping around. I take issue with the responses saying "suck it up son, work will always suck." I'm living proof that's not true, and he has a degree that can translate to a lot of fields that require problem solving skills.
