Murphy doesn't suck -- but it's kind of the same story that Driskel had to deal with.
No O-Line to provide protection.
Lazy/uninspired receivers.
Poor playcalling.
Banged up running backs with no threat to run.
I don't think any quarterback could have done well in a pro-system without the necessary pieces; that's one of the reasons I wanted to keep the spread aspects -- smoke and mirrors type of stuff.

Murphy was no good. He was neither accurate nor did he have any arm strength. The weaknesses showed when UF played somewhat good D's.
Agree, UF's OL sucked.
