Not necessarily. Just be picky about which fats you choose.

Good:
monounsaturated fats
polyunsaturated fats

Bad:
trans fats
saturated fats

I don't disagree, but that's way more information than most people can absorb. For ADD guys like me, cutting out all fat worked pretty well.
