A.Kouandjio OL - never liked him, just leave so Grant Hill can get more pt.
Brandon Ivory DT - he's terrible imo, ANYBODY other than him.
Trey Depriest LB - he's been here going on 4 years and I haven't seen him make a impact play yet, Reuben Foster your up.
Nick Perry S - he can't cover a pebble with a beach towel. Hootie Jones lace up.

Pretty spot on list except for Depriest. He has his downs at times but he is solid. You're also forgetting austin Shepard, jabriel Washington, and blake sims. Blake sims isn't that bad as a package player but I'm just sick of hearing how good he can be.

Our coaching staff makes this decision, not I nor any poster on here (thankfully)

If Saban has faith in them, that's good enough for me.
It's been a long time since there was a... Jonathan Bornstein on our team.

What?...thats why it's a "personal opinion" do you have one of those? or do your coaching staff tell you when to think.

I actually have no problems with anyone this year.

By the time that I am able to get angry at a kid, he is usually gone already.
And so the team goes on with attrition.

quote:Depriest is very overrated imo...I like Austin but I think he should move to a guard and sit Arie K down and move Grant Hill to RT...Jabriel is so insignificant I forgot he was on the team...and I want to see the right plays run for blake I think he could be a weapon but not a regular drop back QB.

So nobody on your team you kinda wish they would just disappear so someone else could play, or because you just don't see what the coaches see in that player beside experience.

Kenny Hilliard - Hear the same thing every offseason: Kenny lost weight, faster and stronger, gonna break out and be great. And it never happens. He's big, but not physical and goes down way too easy. And no acceleration or speed either. And mostly it's the attitude that he runs with. With his size, he should run with the attitude of Spencer Ware and dish out the contact. Haven't seen him lower the shoulder since his freshman year. People hype him up because he looked promising his freshman year... But that's the best he's ever looked at LSU. He is what he is: a solid 3rd team RB thatll get 60-70 carries a year.
DJ Welter - No explanation needed.
But that's really it. Like / excited for the rest.

As someone who hasn't payed a ton of attention to Bama outside of a few big games, I thought DePriest looked pretty solid the last two seasons, but that's just me.
For Auburn, Quan Bray by far. I cannot understand why he's continually put on KR. Davis, Mason, and Grant all returned kicks for TDs last season, but it was always one of them along with Bray on KR. And every time it was kicked to Bray, he gets to the 15 and gets fricking rocked. He's undersized and has never shown anything more than average speed and agility. I can't wait for him to be gone...

If I absolutely had to choose someone, then it would be DJ Welter MLB. He improved in the bowl game and supposedly had a great offseason. The defense isn't bad with him, he just isn't a huge playmaker. He's a big time leader and anchor of the defense however, so that's why I would like him to stay. The two guys behind him have a much higher ceiling than he does, but I'm satisfied with what we got.

A better question would've been what former player for your chosen team did you hate watching trot onto the field?

Like I said, been hearing that every year since his freshman year

And I'll gladly shut up and eat crow if it happens. But gonna be hard to do that as the RB3.

Wouldn't say he improved, but he had a good game. We also played a team that was extremely slow and ran a mundane and predictable offense that mainly consisted of running the ball behind a fullback. He can play against teams like that and be solid because he's not the least athletic person on the field.
