Yea, the season felt like it was gonna be special after that game.
But then this happened

I truthfully wasn't even [that] mad about the game. Knew we could still possibily win the west & thought this was the year Richt would win it all
No doubt. To be more precise, I was probably mad for maybe 5 minutes that was arguably the most abysmal performance our defense has had under Chavis. there wasn't a single point in the game I thought we could stop them.
Plus, beckham has the worst timed fumbled punts in LSU history. Florida 2012 and UGA 2013 were so cringe worthy.
I am really hoping Alleva keeps telling slive to cut out the Florida game bullshite. that's ridiculous LSU won't be going there for another 10 seasons. None of us would be bitching if Gainesville didn't suck so badly

That was just a beautiful pass

That entire game was nothing but a beautiful pass. Basically vs air both ways.

It really is ridiculous, I feel bad for the students that won't get to go. It was easily the best away game of college.

The lead up to showing this replay nailed it. Both teams had excellent skill players on offense and both defenses trying to find their identity. The result....an instant classic offensive showing from both teams.

that clip reminds me that Jalen Mills had the most butthurt performance in LSU's secondary history that game. he was about to take flight if he threw up his arms any more

I remember all too well
Fun arse night -- I would love visiting every 2 years. My group of friends really enjoyed the people we met.
After LSU, plan on moving to either NOLA, Dallas, or Atlanta for work then grad school. UGA plays a roll in the possibility of moving to Atlanta

I got into SMU in high school, but I don't think I'd get into their grad programs with my undergrad GPA. However, I have heard that you'd be surprised where you get into if you knock the GMAT out.
I went to UGA in 2009 alone with a TAF group (dad wanted to go hunting.). Split from the group, wandered around, got hammered and met some great people. I was super stoked and was convinced I was going to be at UGA
....and then I looked up their admission standards I have a friend at LSU that got into UCLA but not UGA. I couldn't believe it.

I was there. Yes it was a loss but it was a great game. And I love Athens, definitely my favorite place away from Tiger Stadium. Georgia fans are awesome to party with, win or lose.

Got into SMU as well but didn't apply to UGA
I believe the admission standards for OOS at UGA are more strict than the in-state acceptance qualifications too
Eta: that's what I've heard from a high school friend (OOS) who was at first waitlisted then eventually accepted.

Funnest game I've ever been to. The stadium was insanely loud that day

I was told that you need to apply as early as possible. After that window closes, you have to pretty much have a flawless resume. This girl I'm referring to had a 32 ACT, 3.8, and geesh even got into UCLA. UGA said "no thanks" I take it you're in accounting?

nothing but good vibes between the fanbases after the game. You could sense a mutual respect between the two fanbases

It seems like Georgia & LSU has always gotten along. I'd say they're my second favorite SEC team.

I am a SEC homer, so for the most part I like the other fan bases til they start trolling and flaming, then I have to give it back.
