That's just for subscription fees and advertising. Monies are still to made from CBS t.v. rights, bowl games, etc., etc., etc.

correct, this is a new revenue source on top of the old. However, some old TV revenue will be less

It's only subscription fees actually. The author of the article calculated the number based on the projected number of subscribers at launch.
