But if you are going off of past history with him, I would be worried of the shape of the program he leaves you in when he is out.
Therefore, IMO, the program won't be in bad shape when he leaves.

Yup, the DCs just needed one more year of tape guys. 2014 is the year they finally catch up and shut it down.
