One has to remember that Heber Spring has a really small population and it's located in a rural area..

Greers Ferry Lake is great. Crystal clear water.
There are some expensive lake homes around there.

True, but it's only like an hour, hour and half from Little Rock. It's the perfect weekend getting town.
