So we gave a coach a raise to insure that he didnt leave for more money?
Have any other programs thought of this before? Because it sounds pretty fricking brilliant.

Yes, that's what I'm saying.
It was insinuated that Sumlin got the raise because he's worth it. That isn't the case.
