Rules like covenants (or whatever they call them)?

Well, yeah, lol.

Is there any nice apartment complexes in Greenwood, like not having to lock the front door while you are in it nice? I never lock the doors at my current house, home/away, I do not even keep a house key on the key ring.

Yeah, that's just a rough figure, I might be in a DINK situation when that time comes.

I do not want to live in Ft. Fresh.

Greenwood doesn't really have any uptown apartments and it's not an apartment heavy town. More of a duplex, starter home kind of community. My bro-in-law lives in a two bedroom apartment and pays $450/month. He hasn't had any issues and but he locks his door every time he leaves. Also it's on the East Side of Greenwood and there is a traffic factor to take into account.
