Is it worth seeing? I only saw a middle school representation.

I'm assuming that it wasn't like the real thing.

Yeah it's worth a gander. I'm not really one for non disney musicals (save for The King and I or The Sound of Music) but it was extremely well done.

That said, it wasn't repeat-watch worthy for me.

Speaking of Disney we found Aladdin dvd today in a trunk. That will be the morning viewing for me.

Best movie they made in the 90's.

Their best movie was Song of the South, but you can not buy it anymore, too offensive.

Isn't Disney really stingy about releasing their good movies on DVD?

That movie is Disney related because of the ending.

I've been on a Her binge for a little while -- as a nerd who sat in front of a computer for most of his childhood that movie hit way too close to home.

They do it in cycles, it keeps the demand up. It is good business.

They are not dummies, as you can watch ESPN and determine that.

I think if I could, I would buy Fantasia also.

Aladdin is up there, but I gotta give that title to Mulan.

I just never liked the Lion King as much as most. I absolutely loved the Apple Dumpling Gang and Gus (70's movies).

Dumbo for me (yeah, I know it's racist AF, but that music was on point )

If we're throwing Pixar in the mix, though, it's Finding Nemo for me hands down.

Dumbo is far and away my least favorite Disney movie. Even over the crap stretch of the late 90s and early 2000's.

My 5 favorite movies of all time though are:

Grapes of Wrath
The Godfather
Caine Mutiny
Knute Rockne: All American
Sgt. York

I also love Yankee Doodle Dandy but I am not sure I can remove any of the ones listed.

I'm going to out myself out there and say Les Mis is my favorite movie in about 5 years.

Not the best by any means, but just my favorite. But I'm a sucker for a good redemption story.
