You have to be able to take snaps from undercenter at Arkansas and call audibles on your own from what you see, not what the sideline sees and flashcards up.
So no, he would not start at Arkansas.

Because that prolific offense that Bert has installed is tearing through defenses. Maybe in a year or 2 you can say that but with Brandon Allen at QB...
