Who said I didn't enjoy my freedoms? I served my country and love it but to think that the constitution isn't open to interpretation is foolish. Look at the patriot act and the affordable care act.

I expect them to obey the law and to do their job. If you see cops breaking the law you should probably report them.

Sure it is on things not explicitly stated. The 4th amendment is pretty fricking clear. Probable cause is open to some interpretation, but it's not nearly as fluid as you suggest.

I don't know if anybody has said it on this thread (haven't been back since page 1) but it's pretty easy to not break the law.
