So someone should go to jail and be potentially raped and given disease and hurt because they didn't pay some parking tickets? Thats some dark age type punishment.

The only way you end up in prison for unpaid parking tickets would have to be an issued warrant found you with other more serious crimes. You can be placed in jail but I highly doubt anyone in our history has done prison time for strictly unpaid parking tickets. I would love to hear it because it's really not something that happens. Jail...sure....prison....
