Agreed. If you are at your home, and you're doing nothing wrong, why not say "My name is Senquez and this is my house"?

Its like being a prick to a judge before he rules on your cash settlement.
If you want to be an arse to a cop, you better either know the letter of the law or be prepared to be detained and/or arrested/ticketed for the tiniest thing
