I think you are being a bit narrow sighted on this. Every team has "high octane trolls" which set their sights on one or another team and does their best to get under their skin.

Frankly I was so annoyed by all the Arky/AU threads this offseason that I almost took a leave of absence from the SECr. I got sick of them from both sides. Happily that seems to be cooling off.

Only after the Tray situation have I noticed that things are at that annoying level with UGA now as well. But just as before, both sides are perpetuating it. AU fans wanted to laugh at UGA fans expense which pissed off many UGA fans which means they strike back which then goes into a cycle.

I may have rose colored glasses on, but when I read this board I read most posts as playful jabbing etc. There are specific posters that you can actually tell believe what they are saying with all their souls and constantly harass fanbases.

One last part. This is a message board of a insanely small portion of all fanbases. Those that come here are in the upper 5% of fans in their respective fanbase. Add to it anonymity and you get those high octane trolls I was referring to.
