I had a great experience upgrading my seats this year...last year I was on the phone with them for an hour, and this year it was about 10 mns including transfers and hold times. Very smooth experience, and I keep inching closer to midfield...

Bama sends you to a call center in India. Spent 45 minutes on the phone with "Zach" trying to explain that I wasn't calling about problems with my Xbox.
