No, the players are responsible for what they do but you can't sit here and act like it has nothing to do with the way Richt runs his system. Kind of the way some parents' kids get in trouble all the time, while others rarely do.

The parents speaking out are proud of their university and quite frankly Matthews sounded like someone who hasn't learned his lesson yet. If the roles were reversed I'd be glad to hear the quotes as well. If Matthews doesn't represent himself in that fashion = there is no quote from parents IMO.

But

Because he didn't instantly change everything about some of his current problems doesn't mean anything because he hasn't had a chance at AU yet. Hopefully the guy lives up to his potential.

How does he run his system? How does Gus run his? What's the difference?
