Boise state and they also wore black uniforms against AU one time and thought they deserved a national title birth even though they failed to win the East because of Fulmer curb stomping them in Knoxville that year.

First, you tell me your definition of 'meaningful' then I'll respond. Rest assured he has more than a handful. Certainly more than zero.
But I can already tell you that yes, the hawaii win was meaningful. Any time you win the fricking sugar bowl it means something. Because if he hadn't won it, you'd be saying "Richt hasn't even played in a bcs bowl since 2005!!!!!!!!!!" Well, he did play in it, and won it. Not our fault who we played.
