Baseball is a no-brainer. LSU has by far the most attendance. We'll see how good ULL is going forward. Poor asses. Go Rebs.

Let's see:

NCAA Basketball tournament berth.....Tigers stay home

Softball CWS.....Tigers stay home

Baseball one win away from Omaha.....you get the point

Not too bad for a bunch of "poor asses," while your school continues to underachieve.

Congratulations on your New Orleans bowl win against Tulane. 24-21, close one huh? Great achievement. ULL is on there way up.

As opposed to our previous 40 year bowl drought?

Gimme 3 straight NO Bowls any day.

This isn't a flame question, but how do you feel about the fact that you can go 12-0 and the best bowl you will get is the New Orleans Bowl?

Honestly, they're other options out there but, it's better for us to play close to home because it's an easy payday with all of the fans that we bring to New Orleans.

I think we will eventually get a better bowl invite barring tie-ins and slots available. But bringing 40k Cajun fans to the Superdome is better than no bowl at all.

I do enjoy watching y'alls bowl games every year, especially since they are some of the first ones. I was talking to a fan on Ragin Pagin and he was convinced that UL had a better program than State and he wouldn't trade them. Also went on to say that Cajun Field was just as nice as Davis Wade (State's stadium) I like y'alls passion, but that guy was delusional af

I wouldn't go that far

I will say that the athletic department is undergoing a master plan for facilities, and the football stadium is definitely getting a nice facelift.

Now, if you take Cajun Field today vs. Davis Wade pre-2000, I would say that the statement would be accurate.

In all seriousness, congrats ULL. You guys have a great baseball team and do really well in football. I have no problem with you guys, just SEC bias.
