OU and OSU have a common board of Regents and are joined at the hip.
It is both or nothing there.
Thats why OU isn't in the PAC 12.

I would LOVE to see us pick up GA tech and Tulane.
Reasoning - the historical significance.
It would make the GA/Tech rivalry more meaningful AND it would give the West an egghead schhol like we have in Vandy in the East

Good info, did not know that.
Looks like one of the Virginia schools and one of the North Carolina schools then. Only possible answer.
