And what Tray and the rest of the Louisville castoffs fail to recognize is that Grantham is just an enabler to their shitty behavior. Instead they see it as "Coach Grantham has my back", when reality is that Grantham doesn't give a goddamn about how these kids carry themselves/mature as long as they can provide him with a season or two on his defense.

I'm glad we are doing the right thing regarding the dudes who didn't want to buy in. I think it is evident that something was broken regarding the culture surrounding the program the past 2-3 years, especially on the defensive side. Don't get me wrong the offense had it's fair share of guys doing the wrong thing, but it seems like the majority of our problems were on the defensive side of the ball.

The bottom line is Richt/Pruitt gave everyone an opportunity to buy in and those who didn't (regardless of talent) were shown the door and I respect that.
