I agree that it's a concern, but the season isn't lost. Far from it.

I'm not sure if you paid attention to Saban's arrival at Bama, but there was some serious purging going on then. Coaches who come into poisonous environments tend to try to clean house. I look at our secondary as kind of a mini version of that. Neither JHC or TM were purged without cause.

I don't worry about what the rant thinks because most posters on the rant are unqualified to have an opinion on anything.

If we have that kind of turn around and the environment becomes a winning one that would be great. I am all for it and maybe that is the line of thinking by the coaching staff. That being said, Bama had growing pains.
