I'm not sunshine pumping. I gave a breakdown of the remaining personnel on the last page. It's not as bad as it seems. Matthews wasn't worth the trouble. He's going to be good, but not so good that he gets to be a constant distraction to everything the team is trying to accomplish.

There will be growing pains this year for sure. Fortunately, the quality of passing attacks we'll face this year will be mediocre at best, and we have a quality pass rush to mask some issues.

Attrition happens every offseason, especially when there are staff shakeups. This is magnified when the new staff has a totally different style than the previous one. The attrition is magnified further when you have shithead players.

What's happening now is a side effect of getting rid of Grantham (and TM and JHC being stupid). Do you want that guy back?

Of course not

And I agree that we may be able to mask some of the issues but we are going to be lining up with a bunch of guys that have never played a down in the SEC. That's a legitimate concern.

This is the worst attrition at any one position that I can remember outside of the injuries at RB and WR last year. The problem here is this is normal at UGA and only UGA. The rest of the SEC and the rant laughs at us because their is some truth to it.
