That DC just beat AU for the national title in his most recent game..

No he didn't. His offensive and special temas counterparts bailed him out of a huge hole.

You don't beat anyone when you give up 31 points and over 450 yards of offense...esp with a month to get ready.

Is this a jab at semantics like "he wasn't on the field" or something?

Au's 2013 season averages/against FSU

Rushing- 328/232
Passing- 173/217
Scoring- 40/31

Pruitt held AU 100 yards below your rushing average and 9 points below your scoring. He did better against AU's offense than pretty much anyone else on your schedule. AU had a fantastic offense, just because yall put up numbers doesn't mean he didn't do a good job.

Almost.

He also allowed only, what? A TD and a FG the entire second half? Either his defense came up when FSU needed them or Gus' offense choked. Sounds like you believe the latter.

You act as if Auburn didn't have a month to get ready as well? That argument goes both ways.
