Do not seek the grind. One must have a heart of the purest maroon to summon the grind - and even such a heart must needs be suffering in a time of great need. It is known that only a few have succeeded: the honorable Jack Cristil, Will Clark, Fred of House Smoot, Russell Walters, and Eric Dampier, the Mountain that Dunks.
