This is a serious question? Ok, here is what must happen:
Agree to meet her at a nice restaurant (with good food- important). Order whatever you want on the menu, and let her do most of the talking. Be a good listener.
After finishing your meal (and a couple of social adult beverages), excuse yourself to the restroom, and leave out the back door- sticking her arse with the bill.
