She said she has my frame certificates and family photos she would like to give to me as well. I think she purposely hid those items when the movers came to pick up my stuff.

You realize this will never stop until you stop it.
Next week she'll have a family heirloom doorknob you left.
Then she'll need to discuss the rental deposit.
Then she'll need to talk about equitable division of the dishes.
There's no reason to meet her. None.

Send someone else to get them. She will try to suck you in. You're making excuses to go see her. So go, if you want. And you'll be right back where you were a week ago. This is a bad idea.
But, do what you want, dude. It's your life. And it'll be your headache. I don't mean to sound harsh, but having anything further to do with her is crazy.
