Chicken Dubai ™
Chicken breasts.
Lots of apple smoke for about 25 minutes.
Then you put them on directly over the coals and grill them off. Because there is no marinade with sugar, just a little salt and pepper, you don't get the black char look. Nice and golden brown. Once they are browned, move them back to the side and bake them off.
Ready for dicing...
I bought this in Dubai.
Spinach for greenery in the pita pockets
Some random mcsnoot from VA in the mason jar. Grateful IPA or something like that.
